LIST YOUR YACHT - REQUIREMENTS All yachts in the Charter Index database must be represented by one properly accredited Central Agent for each area in which it operates. The Central Agent contractually represents the yacht and is the central controller of the whole of the yacht's diary, it's rates, finances and communications with it's Captain and/or Owner. Although many yachts deal personally and directly with Charter Index for their listings and electronic brochures, all yachts need to have a Central Agent through and with which our Charter Agency subscribers deal.
