The luxury super yacht LEGACY offers accommodation for 8 guests in 4 cabins consisting of a master stateroom located amidship with a king size bed and bathroom facilities including a shower and lavatory. Further guest accommodation is also available in another 3 cabins.

LEGACY also accommodates up to 5 crew on-board to ensure you have a relaxed luxurious charter experience and all of your needs are catered for while on board.

The specifications on board the beautifully built 118 ft / 36 m Broward launched in 2000 and later refit in 2019 include air conditioning, stabilisers for a smooth ride by counteracting roll caused by waves or wind as well as an extensive list of amenities and toys.

Mark Russell


Captain Mark is a dual British and American national having spent his early years in London before setting sail for a career at sea 20 years ago. He has achieved Master 3000 tons and Chief Engineer 3000 kW licenses during his time in yachting. Prior to this he was a SCUBA diving instructor with a degree in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology from the University of Plymouth in England. He has recently returned to the US and Caribbean after an extended period operating charter yachts in the Mediterranean. Capt. Mark, with his love of the Oceans and adventure has taken a few notable breaks from luxury yachts, most recently in 2016 to work as a Captain for the Sea Shepherd Marine Conservation Society to deliver a 185’ expedition vessel from Italy to California to help protect the last 12 remaining and endangered Vaquita Porpoises in the Gulf of California. In 2008 Capt. Mark took a year to volunteer for the Earthrace motor yacht race team and was one of 3 crew members who successfully beat and still hold the U.I.M Round the World Power boat speed record, 60 days in a 75’ motor trimaran.
