Silvano has an absolute passion for cuisine. His endless creativity enables him to succeed in creating a vast range of appealing menus, particularly in crafting bespoke menus for his guests. Silvano enjoys coming up with new ideas and exploring different styles of cuisine and diet-specific meals. His wealth of cooking experience includes working with some of the most well-known Italian chefs including Gualtiero Marchesi, Albarico Penati and Dino Curci, just to mention few. He decided to dedicate his career to the Yachting industry in 2013. Silvano will be happy to share his abilities with guests who are always welcome to join him in the galley. Specialized in Italian and Mediterranean, he also enjoys and succeeds in Asian, South America and vegetarian cuisine.
