SANCTUARY, previously named VICTORIA V, was built by Hargrave and delivered to her owner in 2002, she later underwent a refit in 2015.

SANCTUARY can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins consisting of a VIP suite with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a cabin with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and a cabin with a single bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Amenities on board include Air Conditioning, Bicycles, Light fishing gear, Stabilizers, TV saloon and Wi-Fi.

Steve Pulaski

Captain Steve Pulaski has been in yachting in different capacities from early on. He spent 5 years in the US Navy attending Navy navigational school and was trained in all forms of navigation, watch standing and boat handling. He was later assigned to a destroyer, USS Comte De Grasse DD-974, an underway replenishment ship, USS Mt Hood AE-29 and river patrol unit, He was also on a Special Boat Unit.Research Vessel, NOAA
as an Able Bodied Seaman, sailed from Hawaii to South Pacific to deploy TOA buoys that monitor the El Nino effects on the climate and perform mission-related activities such as deployment and retrieval of oceanographic and hydrographic systems.
He then joined pleasure yachting on a premiere dinner cruise yacht on San Francisco Bay, Being responsible for the safety of up to 60 passengers, crew and vessel he attended to all guests’ needs and requests, directed and authorized crew and staff to ships issues and operation, ensured safe navigation, made port arrangements and handled maintenance issues. More recently he has enjoyed a successful career in pleasure yachting, spending summers in NY/New England and winters in South Florida. He performs all duties from vessel management, guest itinerary planning and upkeep of the vessel. Assisting an owner with a new yacht purchase, he took the new owners from Florida to San Juan, PR.
Steve's life is on the water and sharing it with his owners and guests heightening their experience with his safety and knowledge of the areas and how he enjoys doing so.

Armando Olivas is a self- motivated, trained professional with outstanding skills as a chef. He has superior leadership skills with the poise and ability to build a quick rapport with colleagues and guests. His innate ability to interact effectively with people of various cultures and backgrounds and succeed in high-pressure challenges and deadline driven environments make him easily adaptable to the personalized expectations of his charter guests wherever they might be cruising. He is well respected as a yacht crew member and valued asset aboard by his hard work, commitment and vision. He loves travel and food creativity enjoyed by his charter guests.

Veronica Honorio has lived aboard yachts and sailed from Mexico to American Samoa via Costa Rica, Panama,Galapagos Islands, Marquesas, French Polynesia, New Caledonia. M
She has carried the responsibilities of all maintenance aspects of the vessel like wash downs, line handling and watch keeping and those duties to make it sea worthy for long passages. She also has finer interior skills for flower arrangements, provisioning, cooking for owners, guests and crew when needed,
Veronica personally loves anything on the water, fishing, free diving, and personal fitness.
