OUR HERITAGE, previously named PEPPER XIII, was built by Westport and delivered to her owner in 2015.

OUR HERITAGE can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins consisting of a cabin with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a VIP suite with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and a cabin with 2 single beds .

Amenities on board include Air Conditioning, BBQ, Beach umbrella, Coffee machine, Outdoor shower, Light fishing gear, Ice maker, iPod dock, Jacuzzi on deck, Satellite TV, Stabilizers At Anchor, Sun pads, Swim platform, TV all cabins and Wi-Fi.

Jimmy Gaskins

Jimmy is a Florida native. Born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, FL he grew up surfing, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and essentially enjoying all things the ocean has to offer. Post college, Jimmy decided to work at his family owned boatyard and ships store in St. Augustine, FL. After learning the ins and outs of the business, from the hands on aspect of bottom jobs to the one on one in person dealings with the yacht owners themselves, Jimmy understood what it takes to maintain a yacht. Jimmy ultimately ended up working in the fishing charter industry, which after 7 years parlayed into the private industry where he has found his comfort zone in running everything from center consoles to large sport fish to motor yachts. Having been in the industry for 27 years Jimmy understands the importance of safety. He instills this in his crew and maintaining the vessel accordingly to ensure all aboard are at ease when it comes to safety and responsibility providing nothing less than 100% to the guests. Although having the utmost confidence in the crew Jimmy will always keep a watchful eye on every aspect of your vacation to ensure it’s the most safe and memorable one on OUR HERITAGE. Jimmy loves fishing, boating, traveling and all things ocean related.

Katie Ott

Katie is a Miami, FL native with a degree in Kinesiology. Growing up on Biscayne Bay and spending most of her time boating, she has always had a passion for the ocean. After college and a couple years working with her father, her love for the water brought her back to South Florida. Katie became a Divemaster and worked in Boca Raton for several years, followed by a year working in the Virgin Islands. Being such an avid boater, she decided to venture into yachting and has loved every minute for the last 11 years. Katie is a highly enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail seeking to give her guests an exceptional experience. She is dedicated, friendly, polite, and a team player which makes her thrive as the stewardess on OUR HERITAGE. Katie is dedicated to creating a fun and relaxing vacation for you and your guests. She manages the interior of the boat, guest service, along with helping on deck. Katie will be there for you and your every need, always with a smile. She is also the loving wife of Captain Jimmy. Katie loves boating, diving, fishing, skiing, spending time with her family, and enjoying time relaxing and reading.

Frank Prest

Frank is a Louisiana native. Born and raised in Shreveport, LA. He grew up skiing and fishing on Cross Lake and Lake Bistineau where he acquired a love for the water. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Business Administration degree. While attending college Frank worked in the hospitality industry managing at a local restaurant.
In 2018 he left the restaurant industry in search of adventure. The water was calling his name and working on yachts in South Florida is where he landed. Self-proclaimed “CFO” (Chief Fun Officer) of OUR HERITAGE, He is always looking to make sure the guests are having a great time. Frank’s outgoing personality along with his work in the service industry really make him a great asset to the OUR HERITAGE program.

Rachel Fry

Rachel is a Pennsylvania native born and raised in Bucks County PA. Her longtime love of both the culinary arts and the open ocean culminate to give you an incredible experience. Her bubbly, warm, and welcoming character will help to create the perfect environment for your vacation or special event.
Growing up in an Italian family centered in the kitchen has taught her the meaning of comfort food. In addition, her many years of experience assisting chefs in the finer restaurants located between Philadelphia and The US Virgin Islands have opened her up to new levels of cuisine. She brings a unique flair to pairing simple fair with finer libations.
She is wonderful with children and embraces the opportunity to share her passion and experience in creative cooking with you.
She is an avid animal lover who grew up on a small farm in Pennsylvania. From the farm life she became quite an adrenaline junkie, who enjoys riding her several motorcycles, four wheelers, and dirt bike. She loves sky diving, freediving, scuba diving (PADI Certified), and has her USCG 100t Masters license.
Rachel is also a fire dancer working in a performance circus troupe entertaining at numerous resorts throughout the Caribbean, she is sure to have some interesting stories to share with you! From the Galley to helping crew on deck Rachel has you covered. Come aboard and let her help create a memorable experience of your own!
