The luxury motor yacht RARITY is a private yacht and is not available to charter.

RARITY, previously named SYNA, was built by Rossi Navi and delivered to her owner in 2008, she later underwent a refit in 2017.

RARITY can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins consisting of a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a cabin with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, 2 cabins with a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and 2 cabins with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Toni Brok

Toni is an enthusiastic and motivated person who has enjoyed a versatile career starting as a junior officer on cargo ships in 1997, after he finished Nautical High School. His career in the yachting industry started after three years at the Faculty of Maritime
Studies.

With personal integrity, common sense, conscientiousness and attention to fine detail, his aim is to give charter guests an enjoyable and exhilarating experience. After more than 17 years’ on yachts he has has operational and technical knowledge, Toni has a very good understanding of yachting legal and classification matters allowing him to give good guidance for the yacht ensuring all guests are in safe hands.

The crew under his command on board adhere to a safety and security conscious environment. For Toni, managing a yacht is a highly rewarding occupation and exceeding the owner's expectations is something for which he constantly strives. His enthusiasm will make your holiday a wonderful and relaxed experience.

Toni has experience both on private and charter yachts and worked on South Paw C, Atsko, Denise, Estella, Tales and Pride. He knows all Mediterranean waters very well (Cote d'Azur, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain and Croatia) and he has completed several trans-ocean cruises.

Ivan Pavlicevic

Ivan has graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in Split. This is his first season in yachting industry. After serving many years on merchant ships, and last few years on research ships he has decided to join M/Y Rarity.

With his skills he surely will be valuable asset to Rarity crew

Spiro Pavlic

A hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic Head Chef, Spiros is passionate about food. His unique methods of cooking are usually based on local and seasonal ingredients, with modern techniques applied to some traditional and some new recipes. He loves a challenge, is well aware of the importance of operating at a healthy profit margin level.

As a strong leader, and a team player, Spiros is well known to for creating a stimulating, positive and energetic working atmosphere.

they occur and to plan for them accordingly

• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the cooking

Marina Krstic

Marina was born in Zadar, Croatia. Since she was young, Marina’s parents were used to take her on sailing holidays where she grew with the love of the sea. Her father has been in the industry for more than 30 years as Captain. Marina has been in the industry for 3 years and before joining M/Y Pride, she was on a similar sized vessel. She is an extremely organized person and great at coordinating many tasks. She has a natural propensity for hospitality and is constantly smiling! She will always do her best to make sure that the guests enjoy their time on board Pride.

Petra Brekalo

Petra is coming from hotel hospitality, where she worked first on front desk, up to sales and marketing manager, in five stars hotels.

By pursuing a career in the yachting industry, Petra has gained 1.5 years’ experience working on 40 – 140m M/Y in addition to over 2 years’ experience working in high end hotels. Throughout this career, she has developed clear communication skills, as well as a strong guest-oriented personality.

She strives to provide top quality service to the guests in order for them to have the best and most relaxing experience whilst on board.

Nikolina Miletic

Confident, vibrant and hard working person, Nikolina has worked in the fine dining hospitality industry for the past couple of years. While working in the hotel industry and on luxury yachts she has developed extensive hostessing skills, table setting, flower
arrangement, cocktail, wine and food knowledge and a real passion for the service industry. Also she is great in babysitting.

Nikolina pays attention to details, she is discrete and she has positive outlook under some
stressful circumstances. Her education background in hospitality management and marketing skills are a great help in the world of yachts.

Matea Juraga

Matea was born and raised in Zadar, Croatia. After Finishing high school, she went to Rijeka Croatia, where she Graduated Law School.

Her desire to explore the world and experience different cultures led her to pursue yachting career, and in 2017 she joined M/Y Beatrix.

Matea’s journey continues on M/Y Rarity, where she is a valuable asset to crew.

Matea continually strives for the highest standards, of guest care and takes great pride in working to ensure their vacation aboard M/Y Rarity is an experience of a lifetime.

Ivan Kuzmar

Ivan was born and raised in Zadar, Croatia.

Living and growing up just 50m from sea, fishing and diving were his everyday activities.

He joined Yachting Industry in 2010, and before that he was working in one of the best restaurants in Zadar.

Ivan’s qualifications include Yacht Rating, Shipboard Fireman and Shipboard Safety Security Officer.

In his spare time he enjoys fishing and relaxing with his family

Leo Hromin

Leo is from Croatia and grew up on or around the sea. He is 6 years in yacht industry.

He loves sailing on motor yachts, SCUBA diving, swimming and the wonderful life that goes along with the sun and the sea.

When he’s not at sea, he can be found enjoying a number of shore based sports, fishing, in which he is very good, or just sitting back enjoying a good book.

Leo is a very calm person which is reflected through not only on the deck department but on the yacht as a whole

Fabrizio Bendinelli

Fabrizio - 40, is from Viareggio, a tourist destination in Italy famous for the carnival and quality shipyards.

Fabrizio started his maritime career as ENGINEER CADET ON BOARD COMMERCIAL VESSEL. He has been in the marine industry for over 20 years and has gained the experience and knowledge to hold a CHIEF ENGINEER OVER 3000 KW.

He has served time on board boat from 30 to 60 meters. Other qualifications include: technician of military helicopters and engineer on board steam propulsion ship and scuba diver. Over these years he has gained extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean , USA east Coast and Caribbean Sea.

Apart from his interest in sport, Fabrizio has a passion for travel, meeting new people and. He is always available for a chat or tour of the engine room and strives to give guests 6 star service.

His mechanical aptitude, engineering knowledge and energetic personality ensure that all equipment, systems, tenders and toys are running smoothly

Ante Duka

Ante was born and has been raised in Zadar, Croatia. After school, he decided to travel abroad for a few years. He then returned to Croatia where he worked in tourism and on fishing boats and as skipper on small sailing boats.

Ante is great in his job in assisting the Chief Engineer with a safe and efficient manner in
operations and maintenance of the vessel’s equipment.

Apart from his interest in sport, Ante has a passion for travel, meeting new people and an interest in plant-based foods. He is always available for a chat or tour of the engine room and strives to give guests 6 star service.
