He carries a U.S. Coast Guard 500 Ton Oceans license and has many years of experience on yachts, fishing vessels, and commercial vessels all over the world. He will work hard to share his knowledge of the ocean, find new adventures and make life-long memories.

Nate has been delighting charter yacht guests with his exquisite cuisine for over a decade. He was born and educated in Australia, but his culinary journey has included stints in Asia, the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Pacific Northwest, so he revels in producing elaborate “World Cuisine” (but he is equally comfortable cooking delicious comfort food for his clients and accommodating specialized dietary needs!). Chef Nate particular expertise is sourcing fresh, healthy meals from local ingredients, a skill he honed cooking on the wild Oregon coast.

Xochitl (So-Chill) happily traded in her corporate office job for the opportunity to work on yachts with her husband. Always with a smile on her face, she has a keen eye for cleanliness and order. Charter guests findher skilled at anticipating, identifying, and fulfilling their needs ... and always with a big smile and great professionalism!

Sterling grew up in Seattle and has spent his entire life on or around the water, whether it be for pleasure or work. His love for boats started young as he began working at youth sailing camps, in shipyards, and on private vessels. At age 16 he started a marine construction and service company based in Seattle that he grew over the course of 10 years. He recently sold the company to join the yachting industry. His hobbies include skiing, sailing, scuba diving, and traveling.
