Raised among sea charts and salt air, I now command One Shot One, a 27-meter power catamaran that I followed from its initial construction to its commercial development, shaping every detail as if it were a personal project.
As a seaman, I prioritize safety, reliability, and the peace of mind of both crew and guests. My qualifications include international certifications, offshore navigation, safety and leadership courses. But what truly defines my style is the way I live this role: constant presence, operational precision, and a calm, discreet attitude. Every route is carefully planned, every charter experience is crafted to be unforgettable.
The yacht I command is more than a vessel — it’s an extension of who I am. I live aboard for most of the year and care for every detail as if it were my home, ensuring everything is always perfectly maintained, clean, and fully operational. I believe in hospitality as an experience: welcoming guests not just onboard, but into a lifestyle — authentic, comfortable, and inspiring.
Over time, I’ve refined my ability to read the sea, respond to challenges with clarity, and lead a crew in a calm, professional atmosphere. Skilled in fine dining setup, cocktail and wine service, guest interaction, and front-of-house operations, Adel ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, he easily adapts to international crews and clientele.
