Daughter of a captain, I grew up on various types of boats around the world. After 10 years of experience in yachting, I now hold the position of Chief Stewardess on board MY ICONA.

I focus on every detail — from provisioning to service coordination, I ensure that everything runs smoothly. Together with the crew, we work in a close-knit and positive atmosphere to make every moment on board a true experience of pleasure and serenity.

After several years of synchronized swimming and sea rescue, my passion for the maritime world naturally led me to yachting. My experience as a stewardess between Saint-Barth and the French Riviera has enabled me to develop a keen sense of service and hospitality.

environment, with an attentive and united presence to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Raised in a family of restaurateurs, Jordan discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14. He soon turned it into a vocation, building his expertise as a private chef and accompanying clients on their travels around the world.

With years of experience in private villas and on yachts, he has developed a refined yet creative style. Always seeking the finest seasonal ingredients, Jordan transforms simplicity into elegance, sharing his passion with authenticity in every dish.

I’ve been working in yachting for 9 years, with a real passion for the sea and sailing. From Turkey to Corsica, via the Balearics and the Riviera, I’ve had the chance to explore the most beautiful anchorages in the Mediterranean.

On board the ICONA, I’m responsible for the safety of our guests during water sports activities, and I’m happy to help with the use of water toys (wakeboarding, water skiing, jetskiing, etc.). My aim: to help you enjoy the sea with complete confidence, and give you real moments of pleasure.
