With over 20 years of experience as a chef in the yachting industry, Anita has worked on a variety of private and charter yachts ranging from 30m to 44m, cruising worldwide from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean and the South Pacific. She specialises in creating high-quality, diverse cuisine tailored to guests’ preferences, including dietary requirements, while maintaining a calm, organised, and efficient galley. With extensive knowledge of provisioning, menu planning, and food hygiene, Anita is excited to provide exceptional dining experiences onboard STARDUST OF MARY.

When not onboard, Anita enjoys spending her free time on the water — an enduring passion that began during her childhood in Curaçao.

Jenny is a dedicated and service-oriented Stewardess with a strong background in luxury hospitality and fine dining. With experience in high-end hotels, exclusive events and a luxury cruise ship, she has honed her skills in guest service, bar and restaurant operations, and event coordination. She thrives in fast-paced environments, having provided top-tier service to VIP clients, including the England Football Team during the FIFA World Cup 2022. Jenny’s adaptability, professionalism, and positive attitude make her a valuable asset to STARDUST OF MARY, ensuring seamless service and an elevated onboard experience.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys staying active through sports and fitness while also pursuing her passion for photography.

Markus is a driven and reliable deckhand with a growing track record in the yachting industry. He has built hands-on experience on both private and charter vessels, most recently aboard MY Time and MY Andreza, where he focused on deck operations including mooring, line handling, general maintenance, and tender driving. He’s also happy to assist with interior tasks when needed, bringing a flexible and team-oriented attitude to every role.

With a background in luxury hospitality and formal maritime training, Markus brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious approach to life on deck. His experience in high-end environments has sharpened his ability to anticipate guest needs and work seamlessly with crew— qualities that are essential for delivering smooth and professional charter experiences.

In his free time, Markus enjoys diving and holds an Advanced Open Water Diver certification, reflecting his enthusiasm for the ocean and active lifestyle.
