Kamille Funder
ChefKamille, a Dane, has sailed and chartered with “Ale” in the BVI, along the shores of Asia Minor, and in the Philippines, and taught yoga in Costa Rica. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences in International Development Studies and Global Studies and is also a Divemaster. Kamille’s cuisine style spans several continents, from South and Southeast Asian specialities to her native Denmark. One of her themes is "Mindful Eating". It requires all one's senses in the present moment.
