How Charter Brochures Work

Charter Index yacht brochures consist of dynamically created HTML pages, using data which is sourced directly from Charter Index’s online database – which itself is a constantly changing product, updated by the official Central Agent for each yacht. Central Agencies pay us for the services we provide so it is in their own interests to ensure that the data on their yachts is kept up to date. This makes Charter Index brochures unique. Most other brochures, including individual yacht web site brochures, are created in a static data format and quickly become out of date.

Charter Index brochures do not contain detailed information on charter rates or precise location or any availability – which is why the inquiry mechanism is so important. Potential charter customers are encouraged to seek more specific information if they are interested in chartering a particular yacht – thus enabling the broker who provided the information to make direct contact with the prospect.
