With over 135,000 nautical miles—100,000+ as skipper—he has commanded a variety of vessels, from performance cruisers to luxury charter yachts. As skipper of Dare to Lead in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, he managed a professional first mate and 74 crew across a demanding global race. His extensive experience spans racing, private ownership, and chartering across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Arctic.

ChefWHAT CAN GUESTS EXPECT FROM YOU: When guests step on board, they can expect nothing shy of exceptional attention to detail and high-end levels of hospitality and customer service. Exciting and delicious meals made only with seasonal, local, and high-quality ingredients.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF COOKING: My favorite style is Asian Fusion, but of course, French is a major influence as well. I try to work with local ingredients as much as possible and am always willing to adapt according to your preferences.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POSITIVE POINTS: My most positive points would include my attention to detail, focus, and hospitality. I have a happy and friendly disposition and can get along well with people; I’m also pretty funny. I am highly motivated, hard-working, and determined to create an exciting life.
