WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF COOKING: My favorite style is Asian Fusion, but of course, French is a major influence as well. I try to work with local ingredients as much as possible and am always willing to adapt according to your preferences.

I have a happy and friendly disposition and can get along well with people; I’m also pretty funny. I am highly motivated, hard-working, and determined to create an exciting life.
