With a love for the ocean and plenty of nautical miles behind him, Chief Officer Dane brings over eight years of large-yacht experience to COCO RAY. Originally from South Africa, he has worked aboard private and charter yachts up to 55 metres, cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas and US East Coast.
From Bosun and First Mate to Chief Officer, Dane has built a strong foundation in navigation, passage planning and leading deck teams. His experience includes managing busy charter operations, coordinating tenders and guest excursions, and overseeing the safety and smooth running of the yacht.
Whether helping guests head ashore for a day of exploring, organising an afternoon on the water or keeping everything shipshape behind the scenes, Dane enjoys combining his practical skills with a genuine enthusiasm for life at sea.
Off duty, he is happiest outdoors, especially surfing, fishing, hiking and camping. He also enjoys travelling, keeping fit and a competitive game of tennis or padel.

Keeping COCO RAY running smoothly behind the scenes is Chief Engineer Jürgen, who brings more than 30 years of marine engineering experience, including over 25 years aboard luxury superyachts. His career began in commercial shipping before taking him onto some of the world's best-known yachts, with vessels up to 82 metres.
Jürgen has worked across a wide range of technical operations, from day-to-day engineering and preventative maintenance to major refits in shipyards throughout Europe and the United States. His depth of experience and thoughtful approach help keep every journey comfortable and reliable.
Calm, practical and always ready to solve a challenge, Jürgen takes pride in the work guests rarely see but always benefit from. His behind-the-scenes care is an essential part of a relaxed charter experience.
When he steps away from the engine room, Jürgen enjoys travelling, hiking, motorcycling and tackling property renovation projects.

Originally from South Africa, Kylee brings over four years of experience in the luxury yachting industry to COCO RAY, having worked aboard both private and charter yachts up to 55 meters. With a strong background in five-star hospitality and guest services, she has cruised extensively throughout the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mediterranean, developing a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
Throughout her yachting career, Kylee has gained extensive experience in luxury service, interior management, and organizing special events and themed evenings. She takes great pride in her attention to detail, whether arranging beautiful table settings, coordinating beach setups, or ensuring every guest feels comfortable and well cared for throughout their charter.
Before entering the yachting industry, Kylee worked as a flight attendant with Qatar Airways, where she developed her skills in personalized service and hospitality. Her friendly approach, organizational skills, and dedication to providing exceptional service make her a wonderful addition to the COCO RAY crew.
Outside of yachting, Kylee enjoys staying active with running, tennis, padel, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys field hockey, horse riding, and spending time outdoors. With her enthusiasm for hospitality and creating special experiences, Kylee looks forward to welcoming guests aboard COCO RAY.

From Michelin-starred kitchens to life at sea, Scottish Head Chef Damian brings 18 years of culinary experience and plenty of creativity to the COCO RAY galley. Seven of those years have been spent as a Head or Sole Chef across superyachts, private villas and luxury chalets.
His career has taken him from fine-dining restaurants in Scotland and London to the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Most recently, he served as rotational Sole Chef aboard the 50m M/Y Daisy D, preparing everything from relaxed family-style lunches and beach BBQs to elegant multi-course tasting menus.
Damian has also led an international team of 20 chefs in Dubai, helping open two restaurants. That mix of high-end restaurant experience and personalised yacht service means he is equally at home with a casual feast or a special-occasion dinner.
Passionate about fresh ingredients, thoughtful menus and making people happy through food, Damian loves adapting each dining experience to the guests and the occasion.

Originally from New Zealand, Antonia brings extensive For Antonia, life on the water started long before her yachting career. Growing up on a boat-access-only property in New Zealand gave her an early love for the ocean and all the adventures that come with it.
While studying and working in architecture, she balanced office life with lively day-charter trips in the South Pacific. Whether it was paddleboarding, cliff jumping, mixing fun cocktails or planning themed nights, she discovered how much she enjoyed creating memorable experiences for guests. That passion eventually inspired her to swap the office for full-time yachting.
With over three years of yachting experience across private and charter vessels, Antonia has worked in interior service and guest operations and recently completed a Mediterranean season. After spending much of her time cruising the South Pacific, she is excited to explore this side of the world.
Creative, hands-on and always keen for an adventure, she enjoys surfing, yoga, exploring new places and making the most of the outdoors.

Bringing a bright smile and plenty of positive energy to COCO RAY is our Third Stewardess, Kim. Originally from Australia, she grew up around her family's hospitality business and has spent more than a decade learning what makes guests feel genuinely welcome.
Before joining the yachting world, Kim worked her way into restaurant management, leading a team of more than 20 people and gaining experience in fine dining, cocktails, wine service and special events. She also holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Genetics, adding an unexpected scientific twist to her hospitality background.
Her recent yachting experience includes interior preparation during a shipyard period and yacht event service, where she brought her eye for presentation and ability to stay cheerful in a busy environment. Kim believes great service and having fun can go hand in hand.
Outside of work, she loves surf boat rowing, surf lifesaving, watersports, camping and the outdoors, along with discovering good food and wine.
