His culinary skills are really good even he is young but with the quality of his refined Mediterranean cuisine he has always conquered the most demanding guests. Sergio has the know-how and ability to source the finest ingredients in order to prepare his culinary creations, to satisfy the clients’ wishes. His cooking style is fresh especially because he captures the natural and local flavors found in the freshest ingredients that are available.Each day he would develop new menu ideas, because cooking is his passion . Sergio speaks basic English.
