Ozan serves as First Officer and Chief Mate aboard S/Y SATORI. His role involves assisting the Captain with navigation and bridge watchkeeping while taking responsibility for deck operations, mooring procedures and the safe operation of water sports activities.

Job Description

Ozan supports the Captain in the safe navigation and day-to-day operation of the yacht. He oversees deck activities, mooring and anchoring procedures, bridge watches and the preparation and safe use of water sports equipment. As a senior member of the deck team, he also helps maintain high standards of safety and organisation on board.

Sail and Work Experience

Yadikar has 30 years of maritime experience and has served aboard S/Y SATORI for five years. His extensive engineering background encompasses the yacht’s mechanical, electrical and technical systems, with responsibility for maintaining their operational integrity and reliability.

Job Description

As Chief Engineer, Yadikar is responsible for the operation, maintenance and monitoring of the yacht’s engineering and technical systems. He works to ensure that all machinery, electrical equipment and essential systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting the smooth and uninterrupted running of the vessel.

Sail and Work Experience

Ross has five years and six months of sea experience aboard S/Y SATORI. His experience includes exterior yacht maintenance, mooring operations, tender handling for guest transfers and the preparation and management of the yacht’s water toys and sports equipment.

Job Description

As Deckhand, Ross assists with the maintenance and presentation of the yacht’s exterior areas and supports the deck team during mooring and other deck operations. He operates the tender for guest transfers and assists with the preparation, operation and care of water sports equipment and water toys.

Önder has 20 years of culinary experience and has worked aboard S/Y SATORI for five years. His background includes food and beverage chef training at Turgutreis Tourism High School, completed in 2012, together with fine-dining and Michelin experience. He specialises in creating high-end cuisine adapted to individual guest preferences, dietary requirements and allergies.

Job Description

As Head Chef, Önder is responsible for all aspects of the yacht’s culinary operation, from menu planning and provisioning to preparation and presentation. He creates bespoke menus according to guest preference sheets and provides a varied selection of international cuisine while carefully accommodating allergies and dietary requirements.

Salvatore brings 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, including three years aboard S/Y SATORI. His extensive culinary background allows him to support the Head Chef with food preparation and the efficient execution of meal services while maintaining high standards within the galley.

As Sous Chef, Salvatore works closely with the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals. He assists with the organisation of the galley, maintains excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene and helps ensure that each course is prepared and served efficiently and to the expected standard.

Oleksandra is an experienced Chief Stewardess with more than 14 years in the superyacht industry. Her background includes both private and charter yachts ranging from 32 to 82 metres, giving her extensive experience in high-end guest service and interior operations.

Job Description

As Chief Stewardess, Oleksandra manages the yacht’s interior department and oversees the delivery of a polished and personalised guest experience. Her responsibilities include coordinating high-end table settings, fine wine and cocktail service and maintaining excellent standards throughout the interior. She leads the interior team with a strong focus on guest comfort and attention to detail.

Olena has 23 years of experience in the yacht industry. Her extensive hospitality background includes training in silver service and luxury housekeeping standards, giving her considerable experience in maintaining yacht interiors and delivering attentive guest service.

As Stewardess, Olena is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest cabins, salons and other interior areas. She assists with daily housekeeping and provides attentive food and beverage service, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests throughout their time aboard.
