The sea quickly became the place where he felt most at home and ultimately shaped the course of his life.After becoming a dive professional and spending several years exploring the waters of Central America and the Caribbean, Enrico transitioned fully into life at sea as a professional yacht captain. What began with small sailing yachts and expedition-style trips soon evolved into a career dedicated to navigating luxury yachts in some of the world’s most remote and spectacular cruising grounds. From secluded anchorages and pristine reefs in French Polynesia to some of the world’s most sought-after cruising grounds in the Caribbean, Enrico specializes in creating unforgettable itineraries that blend adventure with access to exclusive destinations beyond the typical charter routes. Known for his calm leadership and friendly, approachable style, Captain Enrico is passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences. His focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to guest preferences ensures that every journey aboard Champagne Seas is both seamless and memorable.
Ion Gampouza
First OfficerIon is a Greek Chief Officer with a lifelong connection to the sea and extensive experience across both sailing and motor yachts. Having worked throughout the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, he brings strong operational knowledge, excellent navigation skills, and a hands-on leadership style to every vessel he joins. Ion has served as First Officer on busy charter yachts up to 45m as well as Captain on sailing yachts and catamarans, gaining valuable experience in ocean passages, charter operations, refit projects, and crew management. He has also overseen new builds, Atlantic crossings, and complex charter programs, always maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Fluent in English and Greek, Ion is passionate about the ocean lifestyle and enjoys sharing it with guests through water sports, particularly kitesurfing and diving. With strong knowledge of the Greek islands and a proactive, approachable attitude, he works hard to ensure every charter runs smoothly and every guest has an exceptional experience on board.

ChefChef Stéphane is a highly experienced yacht chef with over 30 years in professional kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury superyachts. French-trained, he specializes in refined French haute cuisine as well as Mediterranean, European, and Asian-inspired dishes, with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Having served as sole chef on yachts from 40–70m cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, and Middle East, Stéphane is skilled in creating bespoke menus tailored to owner and guest preferences. Passionate about elegant presentation and balanced flavors, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences at sea.

Chief StewardessOriginally from Canada, Chief Stewardess Tamara discovered her passion for hospitality while working in two incredible destinations — the mountains of Whistler and a luxury resort on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. These experiences sparked her love for creating memorable guest experiences and eventually led her to the world of yachting, where she has spent the past five years. Naturally adventurous, Tamara is drawn to destinations off the beaten path and enjoys exploring the world both above and below the water. In her free time she loves scuba diving, sailing, skiing, and discovering exceptional food from different cultures. With her warm energy, creativity, and attention to detail, Tamara enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard so guests can relax, indulge, and fully enjoy their time at sea.

Second StewardessSecond Stewardess Rebecca Nilsson grew up in Sweden and brings a strong hospitality background to her role in yachting. After gaining experience in guest service and international work environments, she transitioned into the yachting industry where she has worked on both private and charter vessels, building a well-rounded skillset across service, housekeeping, and laundry. Rebecca is known for her reliability, positive attitude, and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced onboard environments. She has experience working within larger interior teams as well as independently in a dual Chef/Stewardess role, demonstrating strong organization, provisioning management, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys staying active and spending time in the water, with hobbies including scuba diving, swimming, cooking, and travelling. Alberto Garcia Cano
Second OfficerSecond officer Alberto is a highly experienced professional seafarer and navigator with over 30 years in the yachting industry and more than 120,000 nautical miles logged. His career spans private and charter yachts, dive liveaboards, and expedition-style vessels, giving him strong operational experience in a wide variety of cruising environments. He has extensive delivery and passage experience, including recent transatlantic crossings, and has coordinated complex vessel operations and inspections across the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States. Alberto is also a professional diver with 14 years of experience and more than 10,000 logged dives. With an adventurous spirit and passion for outdoor activities, Alberto brings both professionalism and enthusiasm to every charter, ensuring guests enjoy safe, memorable, and active experiences on board.
