At the age of 4, Arthur’s parents decided to set sail on their 33 ft sail boat for a quest around the world. Arthur has since lodged more than 160,000 nautical miles sailing, racing and providing high end charters on most corners of the globe.
Arthur enjoys spending his free time on the water; racing sport boats around the cans, kite surfing, wake boarding, foiling, surfing, diving and the occasional trip inland to go wall climbing and off road dirt biking.
When not doing the above, you will find him working on his vintage 1968 trimaran that is ongoing a life long refit, that is when he is not sailing it or racing it.
Arthur’s aim is and always has been to share his sailing adventures along with his passion for good food with all that care to take on the adventure, whether it’s sailing, reading a book, enjoying a leisurely lunch in a beautiful anchorage or exploring and enjoying all the water sports and activities that one could possibly think of.

Caoimhe Brennan is a vibrant Irish native who brings a sense of warmth and comfort to everyone she meets. Born for adventure and travel and true to her Celtic roots, Caoimhe makes a home where ever her heart is, which is now out at sea or wherever she is anchored. She has always had an innate love for travelling and immersing herself in different cultures.
Caoimhe was introduced to sailing only a couple of years ago, and her quest for working on board started then. She completed the necessary courses and was quickly offered her first job as a 1st Mate and Chef on board, combining her love and passion for the sea, sailing, hospitality, food and cooking. Her adventurous nature and extensive travel brings a collection of unique flavors to not only her cooking but stories to entertain.
Caoimhe's warmth, love, passion and expression flows through everything she does and everyone she meets.
