This breadth of experience has shaped a versatile culinary style centred on fresh, seasonal ingredients, exceptional flavour and beautifully presented food.
From vibrant Caribbean lunches and freshly baked treats to sunset canapés and elegant dinners beneath the stars, Erin creates every menu around her guests’ individual tastes, preferences and dietary requirements. Her approach brings restaurant-level standards to the yacht while keeping dining relaxed, personal and perfectly suited to life in the Caribbean.
