MateTracy Payne (Tray). I grew up on the Double T Ranch in Fort Worth, Texas, where we bred racehorses. As a child, my hobbies included fishing, hunting, playing baseball and football, snowboarding, wakeboarding, racing motocross and BMX, as well as skiing and traveling.
In 2008, She discovered a passion for crewing on yachts and decided to pursue a career in the industry. Over the years, I have worked on vessels ranging from 20ft to 230ft in length, gaining experience in various locations such as the Caribbean, New England, Mediterranean, including Italy, France, Spain, Corsica, Monaco, Montenegro, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, India, Singapore, Mexico, and California.
With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a fine dining restaurant bartender, I have honed my skills in creating a fun and professional guest experience.
My personality can be described as fun, positive, and with a great sense of humor. I believe in seizing the day, and my motto is "Carpe Diem."
