Danny Mowry, our Mate, was born and raised in sunny South Florida. You'll always find Danny with a smile on his face and eager to share his love of the water. Danny has been with Exit Strategy for two years now and has extensive knowledge of the boat inside and out. He is always sure to make guests have everything they need to have the best experience on all the fun toys. With a huge passion for fishing he is always able to land a catch, and help guests achieve the same. His interests include fishing, diving, spear fishing and all water sports.

Chef Shawn Semmlar has been an artist all her life. Originally from outside of Chicago, she moved on to Savannah, Georgie to get her bachelors art degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. It was during this time she formed her appreciation for gourmet cuisine by working in high-end published restaurants while in college. After owning a faux finish mural business for six years, she stumbled upon the yachting industry in 2002 by way of painting. Cuisine found her again as her new artistic medium and would not let go. Exploring the new and different culinary treats each country has to offer is a passion of hers. After thirteen years of cooking on yachts fulfilling new and varied appetites, she still loves it!

Our stewardess, Sarah Gilman, comes from a small town in upstate Connecticut. She grew up with a passion for animals, and the dream of one day getting to see all the incredible places the world has to offer. After spending two summers abroad on community service programs, she discovered her extreme desire to travel and hasn’t stopped since. With her parents having met working on charter dive boats in the Caribbean, she was destined to soon follow in their footsteps. Once she finished school, she packed her things and moved down to Fort Lauderdale to begin her career as a yacht stewardess. She has been in the industry four years now, and strives to make sure her guests receive great service and have the best holiday experience possible.
