I am an extremely hard working and enthusiastic individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. I am energetic and professional in my work, and have a calm, even-temper, even under pressured conditions. I am passionate about creating fresh and innovative food, taking time to present exquisite, eye-catching dishes. I am experienced and confident in producing many styles of food, and proficient at catering for individual preferences and specific dietary requirements. My culinary training, which followed two season yacht experience, allowed me to refine my skills to a very high standard,learning detailed cooking techniques, menu planning, as well as key business skills, kitchen safety, budgeting and the importance of sourcing carefully.

I am an exceptionally hardworking individual with an eye for detail and a responsible, practical mind. My work experience has been predominantly customer service focused, which has taught me to be meticulous and to be very efficient within my job. I am a healthy, energetic person who has a positive outlook on life, even under stressful conditions.

I am a fully qualified Yoga Therapist and Instructor,experienced to deliver quality, personalised sessions to a variety of levels. I am passionate to share knowledge and tools to empower others to improve their well being.
