Die Luxus-Motoryacht NOVA, früher DALOLI genannt, wurde von Mulder gebaut und 1998 an ihren Besitzer ausgeliefert.
Die 115 Fuß/35,1 m lange NOVA wurde mit einem GFK-Rumpf gebaut und wird von zwei MTU TB 16V 3 mit einer Reisegeschwindigkeit von 28 Knoten angetrieben.

NOVA wurde so konzipiert, dass bis zu 9 Chartergäste bequem in 4 Suiten untergebracht werden können.
Die Gästekabinen umfassen eine primäre Suite mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad, eine Kabine mit einem Doppelbett und einem Pullman-Bett sowie einem eigenen Bad sowie 2 Kabinen mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad.
