Trained at the renowned Ashburton Chefs Academy, Emma creates fresh, beautifully presented meals tailored to guest preferences while ensuring the yacht runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
As Lead Chef/Stew for Med Sailing Holidays, she managed provisioning and menu design across Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Thailand, while also mentoring new crew and supporting fleet operations.
