Marcel was born in New Zealand but at a young age moved to sunny Queensland, Australia. After university, and with a sense of adventure and a love for the ocean, he sailed the East coast before starting his five star hospitality training at the exclusive Hayman Island resort. After his extensive experience at the exuberant hotel, he then spent three months on a culinary tour throughout Japan before arriving in the USA. He then worked as a private chef for a wealthy gentleman in Aspen, CO for two years, after which returning to Australia and opening a chain of restaurants. Backed with years of experience in the culinary upper space, his influence is sourcing the freshest
produce and providing a gastronomic delight at every opportunity.

Marcel can accompany you PADI scuba diving, is a keen spear-fisherman, will teach you to paddle-board and completed his Master 24 skipper’s ticket last year.

Born in Australia, Madison grew up in a small coastal town before falling in love with the ocean life. She completed her Certificate III in hospitality and silver service and gained valuable experience working in five star hotel environments. Transitioning to yachts she spent three busy years working for a private yacht. Her experience has given her strong organisational and multi-tasking skills and her friendly and outgoing personality brings a warm homely vibe to the charter.

Along with an uncanny ability to choose the best playlist for the day, her skills as a trained masseuse will have everyone’s stress levels whittle away especially after a couple of sundowners.
