Nikos was born in 1989 and is a Greek national. He is an expert in molecular gastronomy and fluent in English. He joined yachting after working for six years in a number of high profile restaurants in Athens, Greece, and internships at Marchal restaurant (Copenhagen), and this winter at the Fat Duck (London). This is his third season with us. Nikos was awarded 3rd  place in Category A of the Chef Competition during the 4th Mediterranean Yacht Show 2017 in Nafplion, Greece. Eager to always update his culinary knowledge and follow new trends, with a strong commitment to quality and perfection. With an advanced professional diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Monde Institute, when not creating a new “food feeling”, he is composing music.

Constantina was born in 1979 and is a Greek national. An experienced yacht stewardess, who also holds a flight attendant diploma, thus mastering two sides of the transportation system. This is her second season with us. Her organizational skills are exceptional and so are her service standards. A friendly and supportive individual, extremely well-mannered, always on a process of self-improvement, with perfection as her final destination. She is fluent in English, and speaks Arabic and Turkish. In her free time, she likes reading psychology books, traveling, dancing and listening to music.

Costas was born in 1985 and is a Greek national. He is into water sports from a very young age, and now more than ready to conquer the world of yachting. He holds a RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, but can also, literally, surf you off your feet, as he is a certified windsurf instructor with extensive experience. Originally an Informatics Engineering graduate with a MSc in Media Technology, He is above all a motivated achiever in constant search of self-improvement. A person of rare kindness, with a genuine, warm smile on his face at all times, and a high sense of responsibility. In his leisure time, he is a fitness enthusiast and, of course, a devoted water sports fun. He is fluent in English and German.
