Svetla’s passion is cooking. Since 2004, she has worked in many different restaurants in Sofia building up her experience as a sous-chef and chef. She has obtained a chef’s diploma and has participated in 2 different Master classes, topping her experience in a chef competition and coming in 2nd place! She specializes in Balkan and Serbian cuisine and has learned as well, all the mystery of the Italian cuisine and the josper cooking. She only joined recently the yachting industry but enjoys very much the sea, and sailing, and loves to combine her different cuisines with the tastes of the different parts of the world she is sailing in. She is open minded, hard-working and responsible in her job and is passioned about providing her guests with the most wonderful dishes!

George loves anything that has to do with the sea. As the son of a Captain, he learned very early how to sail and maneuver small power boats. After a career in Media Sales and advertisement, he returned to the sea. He became a sailor himself for power and sailing yachts. He is a very active and a ‘Focused-on-Result’ kind of person, efficient, confident and has a direct and honest approach to life and people. His dynamic personality and out-of-the-box thinking ability makes him easily adaptable to any kind of environment and culture. Together with his strong communication skills, he is the perfect deckhand to rely on during a sailing trip.
