Captain Giannis, or Captain John, has been the captain of AMANDA for 24 years. He's known for his devotion to the classic yacht, its owner, and the guests who cruise aboard her.
He is a graduate of the Aspropyrgos Marine Academy, a licensed yacht officer, and experienced in open-sea transport. He's very hands-on and is familiar with most yacht models and their engines and equipment.
When he's not working, he enjoys traveling and land-based sports.

Chef
Giorgos Simos may be AMANDA's most popular crew member for the fare he presents. Everything is fresh, with an emphasis on just-caught seafood. Having worked as chef aboard AMANDA for nearly 20 years, there's no request he can't or won't handle.
