CAPTAIN JON BRUNOLD
Jon is a life-long sailor, starting in his youth in So. California with sabots and lasers as well as Catalina sailboats his family owned. He graduated from the University of Hawaii, then went on to study marine education at MPT Marine Tech. Institute where he received his USCG 500/3000 ton Yacht Master license. He furthered his education in hospitality, receiving an advanced diploma from the Swiss International College of Hotel Management.
Jon applied that education managing the Kahala Resort, Hyatt Hawaii, and Starwood Resorts in Hawaii. He began diving and became a licensed instructor, then worked for the Aggressor Dive fleet in Tahiti an Hawaii. He began working on private yachts and for 10 seasons did deliveries in the Marquesas, Galapagos and Panama. He has worked as captain on many charter vessels which gave him extensive knowledge and familiarity of the Caribbean, So. Florida and Cuba.
A very hands on professional, Jon enjoys doing whatever needs to be done, from servicing an engine to serving his guests. He is charming and upbeat, and enthusiastic about sharing destinations and activities that he is passionate about with his guests. Above all Jon is a true professional and makes the safety and comfort of his guests his number one priority.

CHEF DANIA BRUNOLD is originally from Colombia and was raised in Miami. She is energetic with an endearing smile and always very gracious, making sure that there are plenty of delicious appetizers to accompany her authentic Cuba Libres. Dania is excellent at organization and enthusiastic about planning the perfect Cuba shore experience tailored to the preferences of her charter guests, from touring Havana in a 50's pink Cadillac convertible to dining in her favorite, most authentic restaurant.
Jon and Dania are superb with children of all ages and also welcome pets on board.
