Shirly Perrin
Chief Stewardess & ChefShirly was born and raised in the Philippines where she began her culinary journey learning Filipino cooking from her mother. She discovered her passion for yachting while cruising with her husband Daniel around the Bahamas, Florida Keys and US East Coast. She obtained her Stewardess certification from the American Yacht Institute and perfected her cooking skills while working as a sous chef at “La Taverna Espanola” and also trained at the Fort Lauderdale School of Culinary Arts.
Shirly has more than 15 years’ experience working as a yacht Chef specializing in Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean, and South East Asian cuisine. She focuses on using the freshest ingredients to create flavorful and nutritionally balanced dishes while respecting guests’ preferences. When not on the water, she works as a Registered Nurse.
