First OfficerChronis brings a wealth of maritime expertise having served across private and commercial yachts, merchant vessels and naval service. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, he holds a Captain’s B diploma alongside an extensive suite of STCW certifications, including Ship Security Officer, Radar ARPA, Advanced Firefighting, Medical First Aid, Survival Craft Proficiency, and Bridge Team Management.
With significant experience on yachts including 60m M/Y Omnia and 60m M/Y Stella M, Chronis has played a key role in overseeing major winter refits, managing full seasonal operations, ensuring ISM and safety compliance, training crew, setting budgets, and directing deck operations.
A true waterman at heart, Chronis is passionate about wakeboarding, scuba diving, and free diving, bringing the same energy and focus to life on the water as he does to onboard operations. Like Captain Michael, Chronis also enjoys snowboarding during the wintertime.
Spiros Siveras
Second OfficerSpiros is a dedicated maritime professional with extensive experience on private yachts and commercial vessels. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, he holds a Deck Officer Certificate and a wide range of STCW qualifications, including GMDSS Operation, Advanced Firefighting, Ship Security Officer, ECDIS, and Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats.
He has served as Chief Officer on prestigious yachts such as the 50m M/Y Barents, 42m M/Y Barents Sea, and 50m M/Y Moka, overseeing navigation, safety, tender operations, refits, and crew management. Earlier roles as Bosun and Apprentice Officer provided him with a strong foundation in deck operations, watchkeeping, and maintenance.
Widely experienced across the Mediterranean, Spiros combines traditional seamanship with a modern, tech-savvy approach to yacht management. Passionate about sailing, water sports, and diving, and certified as a PADI Rescue and Free Diver, he brings both skill and enthusiasm to every voyage.
Nicholas Markakis
Chief EngineerA graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, Nicholas is an accomplished Chief Engineer with more than 15 years of experience across luxury yachts, LNG carriers, and commercial tankers. Holding an Engineer Class A license and advanced training in MAN engine systems, ISM audits, firefighting, and tanker operations, he brings both technical mastery and practical expertise to every project.
Nicholas has led engineering departments on yachts such as M/Y La Pellegrina (50m) and M/Y Memories Too (30m), overseeing refits, safety compliance, crew training, and the smooth operation of all technical systems on board. Known for his precision and reliability, he ensures every detail in the engine room contributes to a seamless guest experience.
Passionate about the sea both professionally and personally, Nicholas enjoys fishing, spearfishing, scuba diving, traveling, and sports, approaching each with the same dedication, focus, and energy that define his work at sea.
Nicholas Soilemezidis
EngineerA graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia, Nicholas is a motivated and adaptable marine engineer with a strong background in oil tankers and growing expertise in the yachting industry. Currently serving as Second Engineer on Magna Grecia, he combines technical knowledge in diesel engines, generators, hydraulics, and planned maintenance with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
His career began with Olympic Shipping & Management, where he gained valuable experience as a Cadet and Third Engineer across a fleet of oil tankers, before transitioning into luxury yachting. Skilled in diagnostics, repairs, tender operations, and safety procedures, he thrives in dynamic environments that demand precision and attention to detail.
