Das Äußere von FIRST LADY II wurde von Gabriele Zucconi entworfen.
Die 26m große FIRST LADY II wurde mit einem GFK-Rumpf gebaut und wird von 2x Blu-Linie Diesel-MTU-Motoren mit 2.000 PS mit einer Reisegeschwindigkeit von 23 Knoten und einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 30 Knoten angetrieben.
