Chef & MateCathy was raised in a large Italian family that inspired her culinary creativity. Her training came the old fashioned way, in her grandmother’s kitchen! She enjoyed preparing Sunday dinner for the family and has been hosting family and friends with her culinary delights over the years with combinations of old world recipes and new recipe flairs. She is passionate about creating healthy & delicious meals using the freshest, local ingredients. Cathy also enjoys spending time on the water. She loves swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. She finds fun in everything and believes that there is always a reason to celebrate!
