EXPERIENCES: I began my culinary journey in 2005 in Paris, working in a 1-star Michelin restaurant. That experience gave me a strong foundation in fine dining and sparked my passion for high-quality, beautifully prepared food. After many years in the restaurant industry, I took the exciting step into yachting and joined M/S ARETHA in 2025 — my first role at sea.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STYLE OF COOKING: My cooking style is strongly influenced by Mediterranean cuisine, with a special love for fresh fish and seafood. I always aim to cook with love, using seasonal ingredients and adapting each meal to suit the tastes and needs of our guests. My goal is to create dishes that are both satisfying and memorable.

HOBBIES: When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me traveling, exploring nature, staying active with sports, or experimenting with new recipes.

EXPERIENCES: My first job was in 2018 in the Bevanda restaurant/bar/hotel, and after I started working on the yacht SYMPHONY in 2023. I have one summer season experience working on a yacht and 5 years in high-end restaurants and bars.

EXPERIENCES: My first job was in 2015 in a restaurant. After that, with the experience I gained, I advanced in positions and worked in various restaurants and bars, and this is my first year in yachting.

EXPERIENCES: I began my career in 2018 as a deckhand with Mare Yachting, where I gained my first hands-on experience in the yachting industry. From 2019 to 2023, I worked with KKS Sailing & Charter, where I further developed my skills in yacht maintenance, guest service, and day-to-day operations on board. In 2024, I joined the team at TS Maybe, a valuable opportunity that allowed me to work in a more dynamic charter environment. Most recently, in 2025, I joined the ARETHA team.
