After four years of engaging work in the aerospace industry, John is excited to be a part of the luxury yachting industry. He has a flexible, devoted, and
attractive nature which puts at ease to work in challenging environments. The safety of the guest on board OOZ is a top priority for John.
His interest include, Surfing, Sailing, Diving, Wakeboarding, Spearfishing and Fishing. He has a natural talent with an open mind and always up for learning something new. He looks forward to sharing these skills with your guest to ensure a fantastic charter experience!

Chef - Courtney Sheldon
Courtney started her culinary studies in Santa Barbara, CA.
She is a very accommodating chef and will do everything she can to make your culinary experience onboard OOZ one to remember. Courtney is capable of doing anything from catching and preparing your fish of the day, to cooking hamburgers on the grill, to formal French classical.
Her land based jobs includes restaurants such as Marco Pierre White Steakhouse in Dublin Ireland. But her passion for the sea and the sea life on both motor and sailing yachts, inspired her to get into the yachting industry. She has done a number of trans Atlantic crossings. Courtney has her advanced Open Water Diver and is a certified Yoga teacher.
