She prepares fresh, balanced Mediterranean meals and takes great care in offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board. With professional experience in cooking and luxury service from her years in hotels and restaurants, Ioanna brings both skill and a genuine passion for looking after guests. Her approach is friendly, organised, and attentive, making every charter feel personal and relaxed. She also plays the piano and saxophone, adding a special touch to evenings at anchor whenever guests wish to enjoy a bit of live music under the stars.

Filippos and Ioanna share a deep love for the sea and for hospitality, a combination that naturally brought them together in the world of sailing. After years working in high-end restaurants and tourism, they both transitioned into yachting, discovering that life on the water allows them to offer the level of care and attention they value most. Their teamwork is calm, organised, and seamless, creating a relaxed atmosphere for every guest on board.
