With a broad spectrum of experience and flavors, Victor enjoys the variety of demands as a charter Chef and meeting new people. He has worked onboard in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas and US enjoying the local provisions and tastes each area has to offer and incorporating new flare into his dishes.
