Born in the area of Naples, excellent cuisine is in her blood and she loves to share it with onboard guests, preparing delicious, healthy meals from fresh local ingredients. She is a smily person and always available for the guests' needs. In her spare time he loves walking; experimenting with new recipes and when she can, swimming.

Chief Engineer
Ennio joined the merchant navy in the year 2000 where he progressed through the ranks up to chief engineering officer, which took him all over the world on a vast array of different ships. Passionate about his work on board, he is always happy to show guests around the engine room, or explain how the various systems on board work.
