He also holds Certificates of Life Saving & Fire Fighting Appliances, RO-RO Passenger and Crisis Management . Vangelis has been a Chef in well known restaurants and hotels in Greece and has worked as Chef on various motor yachts and famous fish restaurants Ithaki and Mythos. He was also a teacher at a Chef’s school and is a member of Chef Club of Greece.
