His hands-on expertise spans vessels including HSC Ro-Pax Buccoo Reef, A.P.T. James, and M/V AS Elenia, where he has operated in roles ranging from 3rd and 2nd Engineer to Chief Engineer on smaller power vessels.

With strong skills in mixology, inventory management, and crew chef duties, she adapts effortlessly to the shifting needs of the vessel. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and has formal training in Interior Design, which contributes to her polished presentation and detail-oriented approach to service.

She is known for her calm demeanor, discretion, and ability to provide high-end experiences to guests with professionalism and warmth. Mario Gatto is a highly experienced and versatile Yacht Chef with over 14 years of international culinary experience across luxury yachting, private service, and high-end hospitality. Throughout his career, he has held Sole Chef, Head Chef, and Sous Chef positions, catering for private guests and professional crews while consistently maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Specialized in Mediterranean, French, International, and Asian cuisines, Mario has extensive experience in menu planning and development, food preparation, provisioning, inventory management, cost control, and food safety. He is confident in creating fresh, seasonal, and bespoke menus tailored to individual guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests. His yacht experience has also strengthened his ability to work independently, manage demanding service periods, and respond efficiently to last-minute changes.
As a hands-on culinary professional and experienced team leader, Mario is skilled in supervising and training kitchen staff, coordinating daily galley operations, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient service. His engineering foundation is supported by AEC 1 & 2 qualifications, while his confident tender driving and jet ski handling further strengthen his effectiveness on deck. Having transitioned from cargo vessels into the yachting sector, Sebastian has served as an Officer aboard
Mediterranean-based yachts ranging from 38 to 55 metres. He brings strong expertise in navigation, bridge operations,
safety management, ISM compliance, crew coordination, and maintenance planning.
His commercial maritime background has given him a disciplined and professional approach, while his experience on
private and charter yachts enables him to support safe, efficient operations and maintain high standards of guest
service.
