With experience on board luxury sailing yachts and a Professional Diploma in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Ashburton Chefs Academy, she has a good understanding of how charters should run and the level of quality charter guests are looking for. Cressida enjoys creating internationally-inspired dishes from Mediterranean, Modern British, North American, Japanese and Caribbean cuisines. She keeps up with current trends, tailoring her menus to guests’ dietary requirements and preferences offering a rich selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu options as well as delicious seafood and various meat entreés. Sourcing local produce and organic ingredients wherever possible, Cressida wows her guests with fresh tortellini and pasta, BBQ fish, freshly-baked bread, pulled pork sandwiches with fries, vibrant fresh salads and exciting modern twists on dessert classics. She takes great pleasure in catering to her guests’ needs in order to provide the ultimate culinary experience on board.
