Chief StewardessBea was born in southwestern Poland in the city of Wroclaw and comes from a large family. Her mother lived in Berlin, Germany where she spent most of her school holidays while also making trips to the Netherlands and England as well. In 2003, Bea graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland with a specialization in Business Management. Following her education, Bea moved to London where for ten years she worked for The National Magazine Company based in Soho where she assisted in the production of many big-name magazines including Men’s Health, Esquire, and Cosmopolitan, among others. Bea joined the yachting industry in 2014 with a desire to continue travelling as she had done for so many years while growing up. Bea excels in critical thinking, going through all possible elements of an issue before making a decision, which comes in handy on a busy charter program. Bea also brings a positive and passionate demeanor to the ETERNITY crew, understanding the importance of creating and sharing positive energy to those around her. Bea’s specialty is theme nights – ready to create an enjoyable and entertaining evening for all!
Blake Goldsmith
ChefBlake is from England, who moved to France at the age of 13 where he then became a Chef. He went on to work in some of Europe's most prestigious Michelin restaurants for over 7 years. Blake also has a huge passion for travelling and has traveled to over 60 countries. He is now pursuing his passion for cooking while traveling the world on yachts

Alejandra is from Mexico. She has been in the yachting industry for two years and in the hospitality industry for over thirteen years. Experienced with silver service, land based butler roles and chief stew experience on smaller yachts she is a great addition to the team. She enjoys arranging flowers, mixology, and party planning. Experienced at organizational skills and attention to details. Languages are Spanish and English
Jeffrey Rust
EngineerFrom a young age he has been involved with all kinds of water activities so it was likely inevitable he would wind up an engineer on yachts having previously been a test & trials engineer for Australias diesel electric submarines. He is a fantastically skilled Y3 Engineer.
Daniel Perry
First MateDan comes from a town called Warkworth that is located on the north island peninsula of New Zealand. With 7 years in the yachting industry, he has been around the world twice on both sailing and motor yachts. Kiwi Dan has extensive knowledge about the Bahamas as he has lived here for some time. He loves fishing and will always be up to taking the guests out for an unforgettable experience. Prior to the yachting industry, Dan was a chef in Australia and in New Zealand. His upbeat personality and fun manner are always up for a new adventure and a challenge. Dan also enjoys traveling and surfing in remote places around the world. Dan is excited to have you come aboard Motor Yacht Endeavour and will be happy to show you the delights and hidden treasures of the Bahamian islands.

Ryan ‘Trip’ Tijerina
DeckhandTrip grew up in Southern Texas on the Gulf Coast, where he became mesmerized by the ocean and fishing from a young age. He has extensive experience in commercial fishing and chartering, and one day he plans to run his own fishing program in Florida or Costa Rica. Before joining Endeavour, Trip captained charter boats on Lake Michigan and worked on numerous vessels ranging in size from 30-40 meters. Yachting has taken Trip to numerous destinations, including the East Coast of the USA, the Bahamas, and Cuba. In addition to fishing, Trip enjoys water sports, snowboarding, paintball, and horseback riding -- and he used to participate in bull riding.
