Her health-forward cuisines are fresh, flavorful, and mindfully crafted to nourish guests while honoring individual preferences. For Emily, food is an opportunity for connection. She believes every meal should engage the senses, fortify the body, and bring people together. Each element of her dishes are carefully built to balance flavor, texture, color, and nutrition.
