ChefProfessional sailing and work experience
Passionate about sailing and cooking, Luca is a versatile chef who has travelled far and wide. Having written numerous guides whilst on his travels in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, he has a keen entreprenurial spirit from co-finding his own wine bar in Genoa in 2015, which continues to thrive. In the 2019 summer season, Luca worked as a chef aboard an 80ft private catamaran and a 115ft charter motor yacht. He thus joins ELISE WHISPER this season keen to share his delight for sailing and preparing healthy, low processed Mediterranean and international food.
Job Description
Luca is responsible for all guest and crew meals, providing a wide variety of nutritional food. He plans all the meals and reviews stocks on board to ensure that adequate supplies of fresh food are always available. He manages all the food preparation in order to have meals prepared for particular times, often packaging and freezing samples of all the served food in compliance with health regulations. He oversees the galley and the interior, always maintaining very high standards of cleanliness and order on board with a meticulous eye for detail.

DeckhandVladi is an enthusiastic crew member, proactive and fully committed to his role of deckhand, tender driver and supervisor of the Guest watersports activities. His goal is to progress his way up through the yachting industry to a senior position, hence to make his captain and guests happy.
