She keeps up with current trends, tailoring her menus to guests’ dietary requirements and preferences offering a rich selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu options as well as delicious seafood and various meat entreés. Sourcing local produce and organic ingredients wherever possible, Cressida wows her guests with fresh tortellini and pasta, BBQ fish, freshly-baked bread, pulled pork sandwiches with fries, vibrant fresh salads and exciting modern twists on dessert classics. She takes great pleasure in catering to her guests’ needs in order to provide the ultimate culinary experience on board.
