WORK EXPERIENCE: Vanessa is an accountant and speaks several languages fluently. Prior to joining her husband in the yachting industry she managed a boutique hotel on Pont Street in Knightsbridge, London. Her many years in the luxury hotel industry gave Vanessa the desire to continually strive for the highest standards of guest care. She has been in yachting for over 10 years, joining first as a junior stewardess and working her way up to Chief Stewardess and then Purser. With five years as Purser on MARTHA ANN, Vanessa takes great pride in working closely with clients to ensure their vacation aboard is an experience of a lifetime.

Anders moved up the ranks at Maersk and four years ago transitioned to the world of luxury super yachts on board MARTHA ANN. Anders brings with him invaluable knowledge and engineering experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Ollie is in his sixth year on board Martha Ann and has recently completed his MCA Master's License. A sailor at heart, Ollie was born and raised in the British Isles where he experienced numerous sailing vacations in the Mediterranean. He was introduced to the Super Yacht industry at the early age of 17, when he signed up for his first yacht job on the new Casino Royale with Captain Zak Matten. Eight years later and still a passionate sailor, Ollie has built himself a solid foundation for a lasting career.

WORK EXPERIENCE:Tamara has been the culinary expert aboard MARTHA ANN for over five years, with a total of 11 years on yachts - over 4 oceans and seas. She holds a Bachelor of 'Global Gold Standard' in Baking and Pastry Art from Johnson and Wales University and has perfected Italian desserts, adding Mille Feuille to her line of masterpieces. Tamara has extensive experience in a myriad of cuisines with guest satisfaction her prime focus using seasonal and locally grown fresh produce. She will exceed your vision of gastronomic perfection with unique pairings of modern and traditional dishes. Tamara’s artisanal breads, sugar works, petit gateaux, chocolate show pieces and pastries are sure to please the most discerning epicure.
