A native of Venice, Daniel began his professional journey in Italy’s elite Special Forces, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that now define his command style at sea. Transitioning into yachting, he quickly built a reputation for overseeing complex refits, managing multi-vessel fleets, and safely navigating waters across the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Gulf of Aden, and open ocean. Daniel holds a Master 3000GT Unlimited license and a long list of advanced maritime certifications, including Designated Person Ashore (DPA), GMDSS, Ship Security Officer, and Medical Care. His impressive career includes time as Fleet Manager for yachts up to 70 meters, relief captain for expedition yachts, and First Officer aboard the 75m PLANET NINE and other prestigious builds. Calm under pressure and highly safety-focused, Daniel combines operational excellence with a warm and approachable leadership style. Passionate about inspiring his crew and delivering exceptional guest experiences, he takes pride in ensuring that every charter runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Jonathan Gargiulo

With over two decades in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury superyachts, Chef Jonathan brings exceptional culinary expertise, global flair, and warm hospitality to every table. His résumé includes working alongside legends such as Moreno Cedroni and Ernesto Iaccarino in Italy before taking his talents to the UK, U.S., and Australia. Since 2019, he has transitioned into yachting, where his calm presence and refined cuisine have made him a guest favorite. Jonathan designs tailored menus with ease, ranging from Asian-fusion and Mediterranean classics to authentic sushi, Kosher meals, and themed banquets for up to 55 guests. Whether it’s an elegant plated dinner, a relaxed beach BBQ, or a handmade pasta tasting, he brings creativity, precision, and deep respect for ingredients. A certified Ship’s Cook with advanced food safety and STCW credentials, he thrives in multicultural environments and meets the fast pace and high standards of both private and charter yachting. Doina Weber

Bringing over a decade of yachting experience and an innate passion for hospitality,  Doina  is the consummate Chief Stewardess—graceful under pressure, endlessly detail-oriented, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction. With an impressive resume across both private and charter vessels ranging from 30m to 101m - including  LADY LARA,  EMINENCE, and  GRATEFUL  -  Doina  has led interior teams through everything from multi-week charters to high-profile events, delivering a five-star experience each and every time.  Her refined service style is backed by hands-on expertise in silver service, fine dining, theme party curation, floral design, and meticulous housekeeping. Guests often describe her as warm, intuitive, and fun! Whether she’s organizing a formal dinner, orchestrating a surprise celebration, or simply remembering how you like your morning coffee, Doina handles every detail with care and finesse.

Michelle Pulito

Michelle is a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess with nearly three years of hands-on yachting experience on both private and charter programs up to 55 meters. With a background in the military and a natural eye for guest service, she brings a calm, focused energy to every task— whether it’s housekeeping, laundry, table décor, or service. Originally from South Africa, Michelle has worked across a variety of yachts including AMIGOS, LE MIRAGE, and LOVE T, taking on both interior and deck duties. Her well-rounded skill set includes inventory management, wardrobe care, and creative table setups—all carried out with care, precision, and a quiet sense of pride in her work. Outside of yachting, Michelle enjoys hiking, running, and traveling, and has a love for structure and staying active. Francesca Hall

With over eight years in the superyacht industry and an MCA Chief Mate 3000 qualification, Adam has proven himself on high-profile charter programs aboard vessels up to 213’, including BACA, BLACKSHEEP, and NECTAR. His strong navigational skills, leadership on deck, and passion for guest interaction make him a standout on any yacht. James brings a wealth of deck experience and leadership to CHAMPAGNE SEAS, having spent over a decade on yachts from 30 to 70 meters across the Med, Caribbean, and Pacific. Originally from South Africa, he’s worked on both private and charter programs—including LADY MICHELLE, MIM, MOKA, and ANYUTA—and now leads the deck team with confidence, precision, and a great sense of humor. James holds his OOW 3000 CoC and has stepped into command during busy periods, managing everything from ISM implementation to bridge paperwork, crane ops, and watersports logistics. He’s a hands-on leader who takes pride in setting high standards and mentoring junior crew. When he’s not on deck, James enjoys rugby, diving, board sports, and trail running. His calm, guest-focused approach and deep operational knowledge ensure every detail above deck is handled to perfection.

Alec Mudgway

Alec grew up in the coastal town of Tauranga, New Zealand, where his lifelong connection to the water naturally led him into yachting. With hands-on experience on yachts up to 70 meters—including HORIZONS III and DADDY’S DREAM II—he’s supported everything from guest trips to high-profile events like the Monaco Grand Prix. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Alec’s background in construction and surveying has given him a sharp eye for detail and a no-nonsense approach to problem-solving. He’s confident in all things watersports—from wakeboarding and jetskis to launching foil boards and managing guest safety. Outside of yachting, Alec’s passions include hiking, skiing, time in the gym, and drone videography. Since joining the yacht in 2025, he’s proven himself a capable and quick-learning deckhand, supporting tender ops, anchoring, and watersports setups during high-profile events like the Monaco Grand Prix. With training from Flying Fish and a solid base in teak maintenance, detailing, and crane ops, Louis is always ready to roll up his sleeves and keep things running smoothly on deck. He’s confident with PWC handling, watch duties, and guest interaction. When he’s off the clock, Louis enjoys staying active—rock climbing, trail running, and photography are just a few of his passions. Always keen to grow, he’s a dedicated team player committed to delivering excellent guest experience.
