and high-end hospitality establishments across Europe and the United States.
Recognized for delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences tailored to the expectations of demanding owners, guests, and charter clients, combining creativity, precision, and impeccable presentation. Specialized in Mediterranean,
French, International, American, and Vegan cuisine, with a strong ability to design bespoke menus, create innovative recipes, and adapt culinary offerings to individual dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Throughout his career, Sébastien has successfully managed all aspects of yacht galley operations, including provisioning, inventory control, budgeting, menu planning, food safety compliance, and HACCP procedures. safety management, ISM compliance, crew coordination, and maintenance planning.
His commercial maritime background has given him a disciplined and professional approach, while his experience on
