Throughout his career, Sébastien has successfully managed all aspects of yacht galley operations, including provisioning, inventory control, budgeting, menu planning, food safety compliance, and HACCP procedures. Technically minded and highly resourceful, Samuel is experienced in a wide range of practical disciplines including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical systems. His engineering foundation is supported by AEC 1 & 2 qualifications, while his confident tender driving and jet ski handling further strengthen his effectiveness on deck. Recognized for his strong leadership, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence, Milen has successfully managed both private and charter yachts, supervised multicultural crews, coordinated complex itineraries for VIP guests, and overseen major refit projects, class surveys, and vessel commissioning. He has worked closely with leading classification societies, including Lloyd’s Register, ABS, and RINA, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safety, and performance.

His technical expertise encompasses advanced ship handling and maneuvering of high-performance vessels equipped with twin screws, controllable pitch propellers, azipods, and KaMeWa waterjets.
