With professional experience in cooking and luxury service from her years in hotels and restaurants, Ioanna brings both skill and a genuine passion for looking after guests. Her approach is friendly, organised, and attentive, making every charter feel personal and relaxed. She also plays the piano and saxophone, adding a special touch to evenings at anchor whenever guests wish to enjoy a bit of live music under the stars.

Filippos and Ioanna share a deep love for the sea and for hospitality, a combination that naturally brought them together in the world of sailing.
